set your privacy settings for the extension (from CTRL+SHIFT+E or Opera>Extensions>Manage Extensions).

I can confirm that i have the same trouble, even if I allow the extension to manage the private mode.

see the screenshot of my options for include css.



and by the way, its an awesome extension.
