Ability to showing and changing site's CSSs

Ability to showing and changing site's CSSs in preferences page.

I am doing this for the next version, but the only problem is that there's no way to save the site's default CSS for future reloads of the page so it will be just a temporary change.
Idea status: completed

Temporary change won't be nice. There must be a way for this.
